2. Introduction

   The Community Development Department is interested in feedback from residents, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and City employees. This form is intended to solicit information about the overall community development and housing needs of the City of Fitchburg. All comments received by January 30, 2022 will be considered in the preparation of the Year 48 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan. From your perspective, please provide comment on any of the needs listed below. Whenever possible, please explain the specific need and population to be addressed and, if applicable, the area of the City in which the need identified is the greatest. If addressing multiple areas of concern, please note the priority level (1 is the top priority, 2 is the next highest priority, etc.). If you need more space, please attach additional pages.
