Thru Hiking the Appalachian Trail, Thursday, June 20, 6 p.m.


Sam Ducharme will share his modern-day adventures of hiking the AT.  His book, Sole Searching on the Appalachian Trail, will be available for purchase.  

Author Talk: Gilda Horgan, Saturday, June 22, 1 p.m.


Thirty Pieces is Gilda's third novel, and she will talk about the book and the process of writing.  Come meet a Fitchburg writer!

FRIENDS ANNUAL MEETING, WEDNESDAY JUNE 26, 6 P.M.

Join us for a showing of the new documentary "The Life and Gardens of Beatrix Farrand," who studied with the founding director of the Arnold Arboretum and became one of the first women landscape architects.
Following the movie, the Friends will host a PLANT SWAP.  Share your pest-free transplants and cuttings and take home something new!
